LIFE CHANGING SUPPORT - THANK YOU SO MUCH DEBBIE
I have always been very squeamish with anything medical & eventually decided to get some help as it was limiting my life. Debbie helped me with BWRT which made a massive difference after just a single session and I've just completed a second session to build further progress. Debbie immediately put me at ease and was able to run the session online which is a massive help for any limitations!
My mother has recently been diagnosed with a serious illness and I can now support her properly through hospital visits and discussions with consultants - thanks to Debbie!

DEBBIE HAS BEEN ESSENTIAL IN MY REHABILITATION
As a queer person a lot of my struggles are connected with my own personal value and since I started treatment with Debbie I have a totally different relationship with these struggles and even with myself. Debbie is super understanding and caring and always made me feel welcomed and seen. It is very easy to talk to her, probably because she's very present with you in the session, without judgement and a lot of empathy. But also with a lot of knowledge and different techniques that a lot of people can benefit from. I couldn't be happier about working with Debbie.

I had a number of sessions with Debbie, and I must say that her professionalism combined with her warm and friendly approach made a significant impact on me. I initially sought out hypnotherapy out of curiosity, but what I discovered about myself through our sessions exceeded my expectations. Working with Debbie was truly enjoyable, and I can genuinely say that my life has undergone a transformation thanks to the invaluable work we did together.

RESULTS HAVE BEEN BRILLIANT.
I was suffering with trauma related issues, anxiety and an accumulation of fear because of past life events and through our sessions, Debbie has taken me to a place where I can start to not only move on but also excel in my personal and professional lives.
Debbie is patient and kind, and brilliant at her job, too. She has given our sessions extra time when needed which is the sign of a true professional. Choosing someone to turn your life around is some choice but with Debbie, I know I am in the right hands.

AS A LONG TIME SUFFERER OF SOCIAL ANXIETY
I had always assumed it would take years of therapy to make it disappear, but after only a few weeks of Debbie's sessions I can honestly say my anxiety has been 100% removed. Debbie used a range of techniques so that she could approach my issues from multiple angles, as such her style of treatment has had a profound effect on my mental well-being. She is also very affable, easy to work with and professional. Highly recommended!

SMOKING CESSATION PROGRAMME
Hi Debbie, didn't want to call as I know you're a very busy lady. From leaving you the other day we went for our 2nd covid jabs, for me I have a really bad fear of injections, I can't even explain how bad my phobia is but anyway I think if I was going to smoke a cigarette it would have been then and I didn't, I'm super proud of myself. It's working for me, I haven't smoked since our session and have no intention of doing so as I do not smoke, hope you don't mind me giving you an update, 'partner' hasn't smoked either. Thank you for all your help, best wishes from us both, one last thing, we have told all our family and they are super proud.

I CAME TO SEE DEBBIE BECAUSE I WAS HAVING A NUMBER OF ISSUES with certain family members, which led to extreme anxiety. I was having trouble sleeping and concentrating and would often break down in tears. After just two sessions with Debbie I felt as if a load had been lifted off my shoulders. My relationship with my family has improved greatly and I feel I can cope so much better with what life throws at me. I feel I have a new lease of life. I would highly recommend Debbie, she has a welcoming presence about her and I instantly felt I could trust her.
